On July 16, the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace and 53 employer organizations sent a letter to the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions Committee in support of President Trump’s nominee to serve as Secretary of Labor, Keith Sonderling.

“Acting Secretary Sonderling has a proven record of success managing the Department of Labor, along with extensive experience in workplace policy and public service. He is well qualified to serve as Secretary of Labor. We urge the committee to quickly advance his nomination to the full Senate for confirmation.”
