CDW Supports CRA Resolution against NLRB’s Representation-Case Procedures Final Rule
On September 26, the Coalition for a Democratic Workplace sent a letter to members of the House of Representatives urging their support for Rep. Burlison’s Congressional Review Act challenge to nullify the NLRB’s Representation-Case Procedures Final Rule.
The following can be attributed to CDW Chair Kristen Swearingen:
“The Board’s Final Rule undermines workers’ rights and eliminates critical protections that lend credibility and accountability to the union representation election process. It is designed to make it more difficult for workers to remove a union that no longer has majority support from the workers and forces employees into unions they do not want or never had an opportunity to vote on. CDW thanks Rep. Burlison for introducing this CRA resolution and urges Congress to nullify this rule.”
