CDW Statement on NLRB Ethics Recusal Report

Washington, D.C. – On November 19, the NLRB issued its Ethics Recusal Report following an 18-month comprehensive review of the Board’s ethics policies and procedures. The report concluded that the Board’s policies for member recusals were in fact “strong, fully compliant with all applicable government ethics requirements and merits the full confidence of the Agency’s stakeholders.”

CDW members commend the NLRB for conducting this comprehensive review. As Chair of CDW Kristen Swearingen explained, “CDW greatly appreciates the Board’s efforts to address this important issue and bring clarity to its processes and procedures. We thank the Board for pursuing and providing transparency and fairness in its processes.”
